• All bookings, payments, and service agreements are made directly with third-party travel agencies and taxi providers
• We do not process any payments for travel or taxi services
• We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of services offered by third-party providers
• All terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies are determined by the respective third-party service providers

4. Limitation of Liability

Char Dham Taxi Booking expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Service delays, cancellations, or non-performance by third-party providers
• Quality of vehicles, drivers, or travel services provided by third parties
• Accidents, injuries, loss of property, or any damages occurring during trips managed by third-party providers
• Financial disputes, payment issues, or refund matters between users and third-party providers
• Any misrepresentation or fraud committed by third-party service providers
• Route changes, itinerary modifications, or service variations made by third-party providers

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees (if applicable) paid by you directly to Char Dham Taxi Booking for using this Platform, excluding any payments made to third-party providers.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• We do not guarantee the real-time availability of vehicles or services
• Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change by third-party providers
• Route information, travel times, and distances are approximate estimates
• Final pricing, availability, and terms will be confirmed directly by the third-party service provider
• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by third-party agencies

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using this Platform, you agree to:

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property ofChar Dham Taxi Booking or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Indemnification
